Our Financial Policy
Our office is non assignment and we do not get reimbursed by any insurance company. Patients are responsible for the full cost of the treatment at the time it is provided.
As a courtesy, we can submit a pre-determination to your insurance company to find out your coverage.
We can also submit the completed claim form to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
